American Chamber of Commerce «AmCham» took part in the "Gate Keeping" project carried out in collaboration with The World Vision Azerbaijan and UAFA, AmCham said today.

American Chamber of Commerce "AmCham" took part in the "Gate Keeping" project carried out in collaboration with The World Vision Azerbaijan and UAFA, AmCham said today.

In the project framework the disabled children living in low-income families were provided with technology items by ICT Committee of American Chamber of Commerce. There were 77 tablets, 10 laptops from the company Deloitte & Touche, 2 PCs from the company BESTCOMP, 10 USB modems from the company Azerfon, 7 USB modem from the company Bakcell, 5 USB modem from the company Azercell.a

Some of the equipment (15 tablets) was delivered to rehab Nizami. The rest of the equipment will be distributed to poor families living in areas Siyazan, Lankaran and Khachmaz.

The Chairman of the ICT Committee and Senior Advisory Manager of Deloitte&Touche - Tural Hajiyev, Head of PR and Corporate Communications of Azerfon - Nigar Arpadairi and Corporate Communications Expert of Azercell Telecom LLC Nigar - Shikhlinskaya expressed their gratitude to the UAFA, World Vision and ICT Committee Members for the chance to help children and families which are really in need.

American Chamber of Commerce is going to participate in this kind of events in future.
