Azerbaijani postal operator Azerpost LLC has started testing software for putting money to the SMART-cards, which are used to pay for utilities.
Azerpost told Trend on May 22 that Komtec (technical center for installing and providing service support to MilliÖN payment systems) is the project's integrator.
Komtec has developed the software for Azerpost.
Azerpost's new service will be available in the coming months.
