Azercell customer services now at ASAN service centers

The undisputed leader of the mobile communications market of Azerbaijan Azercell Telecom constantly cares about the convenience of its customers and presents another remarkable innovation aimed at ensuring a greater access to its services. Azercell, the first in Azerbaijan to launch the mobile signature service "Asan İmza", opened customer service centers at 3 offices of "Asan Xidmət" to become even closer to its subscribers.

Azercell subscribers can benefit from the Company's complete range of services at ASAN 1 center at Academician Hasan Aliyev Street, ASAN 2 at Nobel Avenue and ASAN 3 at Sherifzade Street in the Yasamal district. Thus, should any Azercell customer visit one of these ASAN centers for documentation inquiries, he also may, for example, get a duplicate of the sim card, activate additional services, register an IMEI-code, get a detailed invoice, as well as comprehensive advice on Azercell's tariffs and campaigns.

It is also worth noting that all service centers of Azercell operating at ASAN centers handle applications for mobile number portability from other operators' networks to Azercell's.

Recently, Azercell substantially reduced tariffs for joining "Asan Imza". As of May 16th the subscription fee (cash or money transfer) for individuals, state employees and business (juridical and individual persons performing entrepreneurial activity) was set at 18 manat (VAT incl.). The monthly usage fee for the "Asan İmza" service for all types of "Asan İmza" users was set at 0.5 manat (VAT incl.). Also, as of June 20, 2014 each transaction made via "Asan İmza" (authentication, mobile electronic signature) is charged according to the standard tariff of 1 SMS (0.03 manat (VAT incl.)).
