The US Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Reno Harnish will visit Gyanja on 28 June.
The Ambassador’s main purpose is getting familiar with implementation of projects in the regions, funded by the Embassy, with the process of preparations of the population and parties to the elections before parliamentary elections, a Trend regional correspondent reports.
At first the diplomat will visit the “Gynjabasar” newspaper. He will take part in the presentation ceremony of the project, envisioning issue of a special bulletin, dedicated to the election process and get familiar with the working conditions of the Gyanjabasar independent regional newspaper. During the tour the guest will visit the branch of the Open Society Institute вЂ" the promotion foundation. Reno Harnish will also meet with local political parties and NGOs representatives.
