This year, Azerbaijan appended a signature named the First European Games to its glorious history. By means of this games, the strength and development of Azerbaijan astonished the whole world. There are only a few days left to the end of the First European Games hosted by Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. In the course of the games, Azercosmos presents the latest images of the Olympic Stadium, the National Gymnastics Arena, Mingachevir Kur Sport and Rowing Center, the Games Park, Crystal Hall, the Heydar Aliyev Sports Arena, Tofik Bakhramov Stadium, Athletes Village and Baku Water Sports Center acquired from Azersky, high resolution optical Earth observation satellite, operated by Azercosmos. We also present images reflecting various stages of the construction process of the Baku Olympic Stadium, which are acquired from Pleiades, very high resolution optical Earth observation satellite operated by the partner company of Azercosmos - Airbus Defence and Space. It is noteworthy to highlight that continuity of the communication and broadcast of the games is provided via Azerspace-1, telecommunication satellite operated by Azercosmos.
