AtaBank OJSC started new cooperation with GoldenPay to improve the customer service quality. As a result of this cooperation, the new project simplifying payment of the credits has been prepared for clients having credits in AtaBank. Within this project the bank's all customers will be able to make their payments online using portal hesab.az at any convenient time.
Online payment system allows customers to make their payments without visiting the bank and wasting time in queue. In addition, one of the main advantages of the online payment system is a possibility of making payments with plastic cards issued by any bank.
A customer is willing to pay loan online, can make payment conveniently by selecting "AtaBank" in appropriate section of hesab.az portal. A special section "Personal Cabinet" was created for the purpose of convenience and time efficiency for users of the portal. This allows make payments without giving information about loan and personal details. By filling this section only once, a user will be able to pay the loans easily next time. Additionally there will be all information about all past payments in "Personal Cabinet" section.
