Iran's Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Ali Tayebnia embarked on a visit to Azerbaijan on Jan.28.
Azerbaijani officials and employees of Iranian embassy in the country met Tayebnia at the international airport named after Heydar Aliyev in Baku.
During a two-day visit, Tayebnia will discuss the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Iran in economic and banking spheres.
Iranian minister arrived in Azerbaijan at the invitation of the country's Minister of Economy and Industry Shahin Mustafayev.
Tayebnia is expected to meet Mustafayev on Jan.28.
