Bakcell, the first mobile operator and the leading mobile Internet provider of Azerbaijan, offers the fastest mobile Internet in the country, said the message of the company.
With an average speed of 13.2 Mbps, Bakcell ranks No.1 in terms of mobile Internet speed among the mobile operators in Azerbaijan, according to Netindex rating by Ookla Company. Ookla's data show that Bakcell has quite higher indicators in comparison to its competitors.
Netindex rating puts Bakcell in the 3rd place (with speed of 10.41 Mbps) about speed of Internet traffic among the major Internet service providers in the country, including all long distance carriers and fixed operators.
The ranking sums up the results of statistical indicators of the Internet service providers and mobile operators in Azerbaijan, which speed had been tested by its customers at least 100 times, using speedtest.net or pingtest.net.
With launch of its 3G Sür@ service in 2011, Bakcell started to provide the fastest mobile Internet experience, according to the tests conducted by various independent companies, as well as by Ookla's Netindex.
