The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan has registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry unsecured bonds of the Merkuri non-banking credit organization totaling 1.5 million manats, said the message of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) published on its website Oct. 21.
As many as 3,000 bonds with a nominal value of 500 manats each have been released within the framework of the issue. Term of circulation of securities is 1,800 days with the 15 percent yield per annum. The interest will be paid quarterly.
The placement underwriter is "Technika Capital Management" Ltd..
The Merkuri Ltd. operates in Azerbaijan since September 2012.
The official exchange rate for October 21 is 1.0474 AZN/USD.
