The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan has registered an issue prospectus of unsecured interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of the Finans Lizinq OJSC, totaling $250,000, said the message of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
Some 500 bonds with a nominal value of $500 each have been issued within the framework of the emission. The term of circulation of the securities is 1,080 days with a 14 percent yield per annum. The interest will be paid every three months.
Texnika Kapital Menecment LLC is the underwriter of the placement.
The Finans Lizinq OJSC has been operating in Azerbaijan since May 1, 2007 and provides services to the public, as well as small and medium enterprises both in the capital and regions of the country.
