Trend:

The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) hasn't sent its observer mission to Azerbaijan's parliamentary election, as it can't affect the election process, Chairman of the Islamic Committee of Russia Heydar Jemal told "secki-2015.az" website.

Jemal believes that the West will continue its pressure against Azerbaijan.

"To stop or to abolish these forces is impossible. So, Azerbaijan should neglect their attempts. Some Western circles try to destabilize the situation in Azerbaijan. But their attempts will be unsuccessful," he stressed.

Azerbaijan will hold parliamentary election Nov. 1. As many as 769 MP candidates have been registered take part in the election.

Earlier, Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission accredited 465 observers from 36 international structures for them to observe the Nov. 1 election.

Missions representing 53 countries will also be involved in the election observation.
