NEW ATMOSPHERE AND SPIRIT OF OPENNESS PROMOTE DETERMINATION OF BASIC PRINCIPLES OF FUTURE AGREEMENT, U.S. CO-RAPPORTEUR OF OSCE

(Mediamax) вЂ" Yuriy Merzlyakov, the Russian co-rapporteur of OSCE Minsk Group, stated that the parties are still very far from the signing of agreement on the regulation of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The development of the agreement demands months of hard work .

According to Bernard Fasie, the French co-rapporteur of OSCE Minsk Group, there is some progress on principles of the regulation of the conflict, but parties are still to accord many difficult aspects.

“The spirit of the negotiations and mutual relations between sides, which on the way of progress, actually helps us,” Fasie said.

Stiven Mann, the U.S. co-rapporteur of OSCE Minsk Group, noted that the development of the principles is very necessary for subsequent development of the resolution of all technical issues, details and modality. A new atmosphere and spirit of the openness promote determination of the basic principles of the future agreement.
