Allen Deletrose, the Vice President of the International Crisis Group (ICG), will visit Baku on 8-9 September.
The ICG is going to publicize two reports on Nagorno-Karabakh, which contain recommendations to Azerbaijan and Armenia, Sabin Frazer, the ICG Project Director on Caucasus, told Radio Liberty.
According to Frazer, firstly the ICG is eager to inform the regions and different countries on the conflict. В"Through the recommendations will put forward proposals on possible resolution of the conflict,” Frazer said.
