The Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers, Elmar Mammadyarov and Vardan Oskanian, started a meeting in Moscow on Wednesday at 11:00am [Baku time] under the consultations with the OSCE Minsk Group. Tamella Ahmadova, the secretary of the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia, said that the talks were to end at 14.00 [Baku time].
Ahmadova said that on Tuesday the FMs told journalists at the President hotel the journalists will not be �left resented’.
