(АRКА) In case Azerbaijan will raise any issue in regard to the “occupied territories” at the United Nations Organization (UNO), Armenia will drop out of the negotiations on the process of the Karabakh conflict settlement and Baku will be forced to carry on talks directly with Hankendi, the statement of the press secretary of the Armenia’s Foreign Ministry Gamlet Gasparyan says concerning the inclusion of the issue “The situation on the occupied territories of Azerbaijan” in the agenda of the 60-th session of the UNO General Assembly, Trend reports.

According to Gasparyan, under the UNO regulations, the issues, including this one, not discussed during the 59-th session of the UNO General Assembly may be carried over to the 60-th session. “However, Azerbaijan cannot take this step, as it will contradict the accords of the sides, reached on the issue previously”, the statement says.
