The arrangement has been achieved that the OSCE Minsk group USA co-chairman Steven Mann will arrive in Baku in the second half of the month, the Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry’s head Elmar Mammadyarov told journalists on 3 October, Trend reports.
As for the date of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairmen new visit, Mammadyarov noted, “the co-chairmen themselves schedule to visit Azerbaijan in late November, or in early December this year. However, in case the visit does not take place due to certain reasons, his meeting with the co-chairmen will be held on 4-5 December in Ljubljana, where the meeting of the Foreign Ministries (FM) head, OSCE member states will be held”.
В"We plan to elaborate in detail the issues, discussed by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Kazan”, the head of the Azerbaijan’s FM noted, saying that the sides of the conflict “need to discuss a number of conceptual issues”.
