The head of the foreign relations department of the Azerbaijan’s President executive office Novruz Mammadov does not deny the last statement by the Armenian President who formulated the Nagorno-Karabakh negotiation process as a “positive movement to the settlement”. In
his exclusive interview with Trend Mammadov said, from the other part, he sees a large distance and non-coincidence between the words and deeds by Kochrayan”.
