At least 13 people were killed when a tour bus overturned in New York, The New York Times reported Saturday, reported DPA.
Six of the 30 passengers on board were injured, some of them critically in the accident in the Bronx.
The cause of the accident and further details of the passengers were not yet known.
"The bus flipped over, slid on its side, hit a light pole," a fire department spokesman was quoted as saying. "The light pole stood intact and sheared the whole top of the bus off. It went through the whole bus from front to rear.
