Azerbaijan clarifies information about its citizens among injured in Turkey’s accident

The Azerbaijani foreign ministry is considering the information about the country’s citizens among those injured as a result of a bus accident in Turkey, spokesman for the Azerbaijani foreign ministry Elman Abdullayev said on Aug. 10.

The Azerbaijani foreign ministry is considering the information about the country's citizens among those injured as a result of a bus accident in Turkey, spokesman for the Azerbaijani foreign ministry Elman Abdullayev said on Aug. 10.

According to the preliminary results, Azerbaijani citizen Nazara Haddad is among those injured in Turkey's accident, the Manisa State Hospital said on Aug. 10.

There were three foreigners among the victims, namely, Algerian and Japanese, and as supposed Azerbaijanian.

After rendering the first aid, Nazar Haddad was allowed to go home, the hospital said.

A passenger bus fell into a ditch in the city of Manisa, Turkish news agency Anadolu reported earlier.

Some 52 passengers were injured in this accident. All injured were taken to the nearby hospitals. Two of them are severely injured.
