Taimova Jeren Azanovna was dismissed of her post as chairman of the Turkmen State News Service due to state of health upon the presidential decree on August 31.
Bekdurdy Amansaryev held this position. Before, he worked editor of the Russian-speaking newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan".
All media outlets are under control in Turkmenistan. The Turkmen President is official founder of all publications.
