The Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation visits Tashkent to observe the Uzbek parliamentary elections, Second Secretary of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Uzbekistan Sabuhi Ahmedov told Trend .
The delegation includes Agrarian Policy Committee Chairman Eldar Ibrahimov, Social Policy Committee Chairman Hadi Rajabli, MPs Aydin Abbasov, Chingiz Asadullayev and Akram Abdullayev.
The Azerbaijani Delegation is expected to constituencies in Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara and monitor compliance of the citizens' electoral rights, use of voting technology in elections, as well as familiarize with the work of international observers.
The Azerbaijani delegation's visit will last until Dec.28.
