The Georgian law enforcement bodies on Thursday morning resumed their search for explosive devices at the Imedi TV Channel Tbilisi. At present, the central entry to the company has been again blocked and criminologists have arrived at the scene.

Earlier, law enforcement bodies discovered and defused three explosive devices in Imedi Tbilisi. They were placed in metal cans and contained RDX and nails, Imedi reported.

The agency reported that law enforcement officers supposedly received information about the bomb from a defendant in the case of a series of attacks in the country, Gogity Arkania.

Georgia arrested nine people in a series of attacks in various parts of the country in 2010. The explosions took place in Tbilisi near the U.S. Embassy on Sept. 22, on the Chaladidi railway bridge in the Khobi region on Oct. 2, at the Tbilisi railway station on Oct. 21, and on the outskirts of Tbilisi in the Mukhiani region on Nov.28.

There were two explosions in Tbilisi on Nov. 28. The first blast sounded on Javakhishvili Street near the office of the Labor Party.

The blast killed a 58-year-old Nino Gordeziani. She was an active member of the party. Another five people, including a child, were injured.

The Georgian Interior Ministry detained three individuals suspected of organizing and committing the terrorist attacks in Georgia in 2010. The arrestees were Merab Kolbaia, Nukri Shonia and Davit Kekutia, the ministry reported last week.

Kolbaia is connected to a gang led by Russian Colonel Evgeny Borisov.

The Russian side has denied involvement in the bombings.
