Azerbaijani MPs will observe the elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which will be held on October 28, the parliament told Trend.
Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy Eldar Ibrahimov and MP Azay Guliyev will be included in the observation mission of the OSCE, Elton Mammadov - as chairman of the GUAM PA and Asef Hajiyev - as Deputy Chairman of the BSEC PA.
