Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili sees no need to meet with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili.

Saakashvili offered his political opponent Ivanishvili to meet in private in order to negotiate over contradiction between them.

"Georgian President said he is willing to transfer control over internal affairs to the new government led by Ivanishvili and focus entirely on international relations in the last months of his presidency. He called Ivanishvili to negotiate in private to put an end to the political deadlock situation," the Financial Times newspaper reports.

"I do not see any need for our meeting, but if necessary, then I do not see any problem," Ivanishvili said.
