The regime of President Assad is in critical condition, Anadolu Turkish Agency quoted Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Beshir Atalay as saying on Friday.

The Deputy Prime Minister said that following the collapse of the Syrian regime, which is imminent, all Syrian refugees will return to their country.

Currently, the largest number of Syrian refugees resides in Turkey. According to the Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate (AFAD), the number of Syrian refugees in Turkey has reached 105,000 people.

Anti-government protests have continued in Syria for a year and half.

According to UN, the total number of victims of the conflict in Syria is nearing 30,000.
More than 230,000 have become refugees with around three million in need of humanitarian assistance. The Syrian authorities say they oppose the well-armed militants
