Turkish-Latvian business forum is opened in Riga, the Zaman newspaper reported on Tuesday.
Turkish President Abdullah Gul left for Riga to participate in the forum.
The forum will focus on economic cooperation between the countries, issues of increasing trade turnover and mutual investments.
During his visit to Latvia, Turkish President will be accompanied by Minister for EU Affairs Egemen Bagis and several major Turkish entrepreneurs.
It is expected that Gul will meet with President of Latvia Andris Berzins and other officials.
