President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived at Tehranˈs Mehrabad International Airport on Saturday after taking part in the swearing-in ceremony of new Venezuelan President, Nicolas Maduro, IRNA reported.
Upon his arrival at the airport, President Ahmadinejad and his entourage, including Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi, Head of Secretariat of the Non-Aligned Movement Esfandiar Rahim Mashaie, his senior aide, Mojtaba Samreh Hashemi, Vice-President for Executive Affairs Hamid Baqaee, Government spokesman Ghalam-Hossein Elham, Vice-President for Implementation of Constitution, Hojjatoleslam Mohammad-Reza Mir-Tajeddini, and IRNA Chief, Majid Omidi-Shahraki, were welcomed by First Vice-President Mohammad-Reza Rahimi.
During his stay in Venezuela, President Ahmadinejad met and conferred with his Cuban, Bolivian, Argentine, Uruguayan, Nicaraguan and a number of Latin American counterparts.
