Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev held two meetings during a visit to Iran on Monday, Iranian news agency Mehr said today.
Mehdiyev met with Secretary General of the Supreme National Security Council Saeed Jalili.
According to the information posted on the official website of the Iranian Parliament, Mehdiyev also met with Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Ali Larijani.
The topics of the discussions are unknown.
Mehdiyev's visit to Iran started on Monday.
He plans to meet with Iran's officials.
