OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier has congratulated the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev with victory at presidential elections in the country.
"I convey my most sincere congratulations to you on your re-election as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. I wish you success in your work on establishing strong and sustainable democracy in your country," Zannier's message said. "I assure you that OSCE is committed to continue the long-term and beneficial cooperation established with Azerbaijan. Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest esteem".
