There is not any fact proving the guilt of the arrested during the anti-corruption measures taken in the country in December 2013, Istanbul prosecutor's office said, Turkish Milliyet newspaper reported on Feb.10.

Earlier, the prosecutor's office adopted a decision to return the mobile phones and other items to the businessmen that were arrested during the anti-corruption operations and then were released, according to the newspaper.

Earlier, the Turkish court announced the cancellation of the decision to sell and gift the property of businessman Reza Zarrab.

Turkish police conducted special operations in Istanbul and Ankara on December 17, 2013, resulting in the arrest of several dozen people including businessmen and the sons of some ministers. The detainees were accused of corruption, smuggling and selling drugs.
