Turkey's Foreign Ministry urges the country's citizens to leave Libya and to refrain from traveling to this country due to the unstable situation there, Turkish Milliyet newspaper reported on July 24.

After the overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi in Libya in 2011, the armed clashes between the army special forces and the paramilitaries, controlling the country's Benghazi city, occur almost every day.

The first armed clashes between the paramilitaries and the government troops occurred in spring of 2014 in Benghazi.
