The leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Vladimir Zhirinovsky plans to visit Azerbaijan, a diplomatic source told Trend Sept. 15.
Zhirinovsky plans to hold several meetings in the capital and regions of the country and to get acquainted with the development processes in the country.
The visit is scheduled for late September.
