Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin will visit Azerbaijan in the middle of the week, a diplomatic source told Trend Sept.22.
"Preparations for the visit of the delegation headed by Mayor Sobyanin are being carried out," he said.
Cooperation between the capitals of Azerbaijan and Russia will be discussed in Baku during the meeting of the Moscow mayor, according to the source.
