Azerbaijani delegation led by the Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov will be in Bogotá, Colombia on Nov. 4-5 to take part in the 4th meeting within the political consultations of the two countries' foreign ministries, Colombian charge d'affairs in Azerbaijan, Assad Jose Gater told Trend Oct. 17.
He said the meeting will focus on implementation of policy mechanisms, and an exchange of views on cooperation.
Colombia's embassy has been operating in Azerbaijan since early 2014.
