EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Herbert Salber will embark on a visit to Azerbaijan on Oct.20, EU Delegation to Azerbaijan told Trend on Oct.20.
During the visit, Salber will meet with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov, the EU Delegation said.
The EU special representative for the South Caucasus also plans to meet with IDPs settled in the suburbs of Baku.
