On Dec.9, the Training and Education Center of Azerbaijani Armed Forces held a meeting of military attaches of foreign countries accredited in the country devoted to the results of 2014, said the press service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
It is reported that the Head of the International Military Cooperation Department, Major General Huseyn Mahmudov made a report on the subject of reforms in the defense sector. In his speech, he informed about the national security policy, the press service said.
Lieutenant Colonel Murad Zeynalov focused on the barriers to the formation of a secure environment in the region and on ways to resolve conflicts in his presentation devoted to the protracted conflicts and regional security, according to the press service.
The answers to the questions of military attaches were given at the end of the meeting, said the press service.
