Azerbaijan's foreign minister will attend the meeting of foreign ministers of participant states of EU "Eastern Partnership" program, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said Apr.20.
Azerbaijani delegation led by the country's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will take part in the sixth meeting of foreign ministers of "Eastern Partnership" countries to be held Apr.20 in Luxemburg, according to the ministry.
High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini will chair the meeting. EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy, Johannes Hahn will also take part at the meeting.
During the meeting, the sides will discuss the preparations for the Riga summit of member states of "Eastern Partnership" program to be held on May 21-22, said the message earlier posted on the EU website.
Eastern Partnership is a project of the European Union aimed at developing EU's integration ties with Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia and Belarus.
