The strictest measures will be applied in relation to diplomats, violating the requirements of the law and allowing shortcomings in their work, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told September 9.
The minister said that as in all the structures in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, regardless of their position, the strictest measures are and will be applied in relation to those, who violate ethical standards of public officials, the requirements of the law, allow shortcomings in their work, as well as dishonor the name of the diplomat.
Mammadyarov also mentioned that the circles worring about succesful foreign policy pursued by the President Ilham Aliyev, should know that very professional and loyal to the governmental interests diplomats, deservedly performing tasks, work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in its diplomatic missions around the world.
