All plans to ensure law, stability and development through intervention in different countries had failed, once world became unipolar, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration's foreign relations department tweeted Sept.10.
"All those plans envisaged for over 50 countries engendered disaster, chaos and radicalism," the top official wrote. "Huntington's recommendations apparently continue to be a primary task."
