Azerbaijan's historic achievement, after gaining its independence, was ensuring own stability, security and dynamic development, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration's foreign relations department, tweeted Sept. 16.

"There is no doubt people's trust in the President and bond between them will always safeguard this historic achievement and build upon it," he said in another tweet.
