Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration's foreign relations department, has noted that there is nothing said about the fate of thousands of war victims.
"I wonder why those countless international institutions, bodies and individuals that chose profession of advocating human rights remain silent?," he tweeted Oct. 7.
"Sometimes they issue statements and stage campaigns about a single person for months," Mammadov said in another tweet.
"Whereas not even a word is said about the fate of thousands of people that are victims of war," he further noted.
