Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense Industry fully provides the country's army with all necessary ammunition, Minister of Defense Industry Yaver Jamalov told reporters Dec.17.
He pointed out that major projects, for example manufacturing tanks and helicopters are not beneficial from the economic point of view.
"Let's say we need 300-350 tanks, which cost $100-$150 million. Then why should we spend $5 billion on their manufacturing?!" asked the minister.
Nevertheless, we can consider this in the future, he added.
