Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov held bilateral meetings with Belarusian counterpart, Lieutenant-General Andrey Ravkov and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan Zhanybek Kaparov in Moscow Dec. 23.
The military cooperation plans between the countries for 2016 were signed at both meetings, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Trend.
A meeting of the Council of the CIS Defense Ministers is being held in Moscow December 23.
