The Azerbaijan-Russia interregional relations are being built naturally, Vladimir Dorokhin, Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan, said.
Dorokhin made the remarks at the opening of the 7th Azerbaijan-Russia Interregional Forum, which is being held in Baku Nov. 1.
“We have talked much about the Azerbaijan-Russia interregional relations today, but I believe that the most important thing is that these relations are being built naturally, as all Azerbaijan-Russia relations,” Dorokhin said.
“The interregional relations gave an opportunity to us to explore modern independent Azerbaijan, which is our partner and neighbor,” he added. “Moreover, this platform sometimes allows solving the problems that are difficult to be solved at the intergovernmental level.”
