AGENDA OF PACE SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING ON NAGORNO-KARABAKH TO BE DETERMINED

The agenda of a meeting of the PACE sub-committee on Nagorno-Karabakh due on 12 September will be defined by September, Azim Mollazada, an Azerbaijani parliamentary representative to the PACE, told Trend.

He appreciated a meeting of the sub-committee on the implementation of resolutions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh held on 23 June under the PACE summer session. В"the discussions concerning the organization issues and a meeting will start in Paris on 12 September under the chairmanship of Lord Rassel Johnston,В" Mollazada added. According to Mollazada, representatives from OSCE Minsk Group will participate in a Paris meeting, to study in detail the current phase of negotiations process and the ways the CE could assist the Minsk Group in this issue. В"The working group does not target to replace the Minsk Group, while the key objective is assist the strengthening its work and implementation of the CE resolutions,“ he added.

MPs Samad Seyidov and Asim Mollazada will represent Azerbaijan in the Paris meeting.
