He voiced the opinion to the words of the MG Russian chair, Yuri Merzlyakov, that the mediators are currently expecting the final response of Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia in regard to their meeting on 26 August within the CIS Summit in Kazan. В"There is still time before Kazan and the decision will be taken. It seems to me, that co-chairs must not only define the date of the meeting, but go on with their own work. If they have ideas, positions, proposals they must be systematized and proposed to presidents,” Mammadov said.
