President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent congratulations on 5 July to participants of the 8-th Economic Forum. The message notes, economic forums held periodically since 1998, are aimed at economic, political and cultural rapprochement of the Euro-Asian countries.
The forum’s significance has been acknowledged by participation of the region’s major countries, as well as representatives of influential international organizations.
The message also stresses, that the far-sighted course of President Heydar Aliyev, who paid a special attention to the development of the international cooperation remains unchanged and the current leadership of Azerbaijan also emphasizes the strengthening of multilateral regional links, as well as ensure peace and stability in the South Caucasus.
The message reflects also the content by the level of the Azerbaijani-Turkish strategic partnership.

The position of the Azerbaijani leadership is to direct the country’s material and moral resources for achieving the well-being level of the countries of the Euro-Asian region”, the document notes.
It is underlined, that realization of grandiose regional energy projects will bring prosperity to the people of Euro-Asia.
