CHANGES TOOK PLACE IN IRANIAN-AZERBAIJANI JOINT COMMISSION

Some changes took place in the composition of the Iranian-Azerbaijani joint commission on economic cooperation. The reason of it is the change of the country’s government
in connection with the election of a new President, the Ambassador of Iran to Azerbaijan Afshar Suleymani told Trend.

According to the Ambassador, in case the decision of the previous government is not changed, the commission’s head from the Iranian side will be entrusted again to the Iran’s Minister of Cooperation, Ali Suphi. He occupied this post under the previous government as well.

The next sitting of the commission will possibly take place after forming the new Government and respectively, of the new commission, the diplomat stressed. And this will take place in autumn, the Ambassador noted.
