The observation missions of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutes and Human Rights in Azerbaijan will work on the base of unified standards developed on the base of resolution of the June session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Washington, Baku Office of the OSCE told Trend.
Some changes will be injected into the instructions of the observers to ensure the work of monitoring missions on the base of international standards.
Old instructions of the OSCE were in use during the monitoring held over the past 5-6 years.
