The Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (DPA) will hold picket on 27 July in front of the “Modern Musavat” Party (PCM) building, the DPA press service told Trend. The reason for holding the action is the insulting articles addressed to the opposition leaders in the В"Muasir Musavat” (“Modern Musavat”) newspaper, a printing organ of the PCM.
В"Despite the repeated appeals, the newspaper carries on publishing immoral materials. The articles, not inherent to the mentality of our people, directed against the leaders of parties, constituting the Azadlig block appear frequently on this newspaper pages lately.
We sent a notification letter to the Baku executive power on holding picket in front of the PCM headquarters as the sign of a protest. Despite the picket to be organized by DPA, involvement of party members, comprising the Azadlig block is expected”, the press service reports.
